| Summary: | The Complainant submitted an access request to the Town of Witless Bay under the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 for records relating to rescinding motions that the new Town’s Council addressed at its first two meetings. The Town provided the records it had to the Complainant, but the Complainant believed that there were more records and filed a complaint with this Office. The Commissioner concluded that there was no evidence that additional records exist. |
