Work is beginning this week to replace culverts on the Trans-Canada Highway near Hodgewater Line.

While work is ongoing, the speed limit will be reduced to 50 km/h due to heavy equipment and crews working in the area. Motorists are asked to pay attention to traffic control measures, be prepared to slow down or stop, and to anticipate lane reductions and some traffic delays.

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure anticipates this work being completed this fall. Updates on progress will be provided as they become available.
