The Honourable Pam Parsons, Minister Responsible for Women and Gender Equality, will proclaim September 11-17, 2022 as Sexual Violence Awareness Week tomorrow (Thursday, September 8).

The event will take place at the Newfoundland and Labrador Sexual Assault Crisis and Prevention Centre, located at 15 Hallett Crescent, Unit 101, St. John’s.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Sexual Assault Crisis and Prevention Centre is a non-profit, community-based, charitable organization that exists to support individuals of all genders who have been impacted by sexual violence.
