The Honourable Paul Pike, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, will participate in a proclamation signing and flag-raising ceremony, hosted by the Newfoundland and Labrador Foster Families Association, on Tuesday, October 3.

The ceremony will take place in the main lobby of East Block, Confederation Building starting at 10:00 a.m.
