Digital Government and Service NL wishes to advise that due to system upgrades, the Motor Registration Division’s online appointment booking system will be temporarily unavailable as of today (Monday, February 13). All previously booked appointments will still go ahead as scheduled. As soon as the upgrade is completed, the online appointment booking system will resume.
Anyone requiring Motor Registration services is encouraged to visit their local Motor Registration Office or Government Service Centre. Appointments for front counter service will not be required during this time, however appointments are still required for road tests. To book a road test, please call 1-877-636-6867.
Some services are also available online, including:
- Change of address (driver’s licence/vehicle registration)
- Change of vehicle ownership
- Driver’s licence renewal
- Vehicle registration renewal
- Request a driver record (abstract)
- Paying for a road test
- Taking a driver’s permit test (Class 5)
