The Honourable Bernard Davis, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, has announced the following relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the Environmental Protection Act.
UNDERTAKING REGISTERED:
Steady Brook Residence (Reg. 2231)
Proponent: Kimberly Madore
The proponent is proposing to construct a residential dwelling at 183-185 Marble Drive in the Town of Steady Brook. The proposed dwelling will be located on a lot adjacent to the Humber River, a scheduled salmon river. Development will consist of land clearing and leveling, construction of a two-story house and auxiliary building, installation of a sewer system, and landscaping of property. The undertaking was registered on January 5, 2023; the deadline for public comment is February 10, 2023; and the minister’s decision is due by February 19, 2023.
