The Honourable Bernard Davis, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, will announce the recipients of funding for sustainable waste management projects tomorrow (Tuesday, May 2).

The event will take place at the Emera Innovation Exchange, 100 Signal Hill Road, St. John’s at 11:00 a.m.

Sustainable waste management projects are administered under programs by the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board (MMSB).

Minister Davis will be joined by Derm Flynn, Chair of the MMSB Board of Directors; Charles Bown, CEO, MMSB; as well as funding recipients Johan Arcos Mendez, CEO, InVerte and Aneesh Raghupathy, CEO/Co-Founder, SmartBin.
