The Honourable Bernard Davis, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, will join in National Tree Day activities tomorrow (Wednesday, September 20).

The event will take place at Victoria Park, 34 Sudbury Street, St. John’s beginning at 11:00 a.m.

National Tree Day is an initiative of Tree Canada, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to planting and nurturing trees in rural and urban environments, in every province across the country. This year’s event marks the 13th year of the initiative.
