The Honourable Krista Lynn Howell, Minister of Education, will provide an update on progress relating to early learning and child care training, staffing and space creation in Newfoundland and Labrador tomorrow (Wednesday, August 23).

The announcement will take place at East Point Elementary, 14 Middleton Street, St. John’s at the YMCA of Newfoundland and Labrador Pre-K site beginning at 11:30 a.m.
