The Honourable Krista Lynn Howell, Minister of Education, will be joined by the Honourable Jenna Sudds, federal Minister of Families, Children and Social Development tomorrow (Friday, September 29) to announce initiatives to increase child care capacity in the province.

The event will take place at The Fluvarium, 5 Nagles Place, St. John’s at 11:30 a.m.
