The Honourable Andrew Furey, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, today announced a change in Government House Leader. This change was precipitated as the Honourable Steve Crocker, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation and Government House Leader, is recovering from an emergency surgery this past weekend.

The Honourable John Hogan K.C. will assume the responsibility of Government House Leader.

While Minister Crocker is recovering from his surgery, his duties will be supported by the Honourable Sarah Stoodley as the alternate Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation.
