| Summary: | The Complainant made six access to information requests to the Department of Health and Community Services under the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015. The Department did not respond to the requests within the period set out at section 16 of the Act and was therefore deemed to have refused access to the requested information. The Complainant asked the Commissioner to investigate these refusals of access. The Commissioner recommended that the Department release the records responsive to the Complainant’s four requests within ten business days. |
