| Summary: | The Complainant made an access to information request to Executive Council seeking information about communications between the Lieutenant Governor, employees of Government House, a member of the public, and a private company. In response, Executive Council asserted that Government House was not a public body pursuant to section 2(x) of ATIPPA, 2015. The Commissioner determined that Government House is within the jurisdiction of ATIPPA, 2015 and recommended that Executive Council perform the search for records as submitted by the Complainant. |
