The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure would like to advise the public that because of a narrow road width (2.8 metres) during the bridge replacement underway on Route 93 (Mount Carmel Road), heavy loads, wide loads and/or permitted loads will have to detour via Route 91 to Colinet to access Harricott and Mount Carmel until the bridge replacement is complete.

Normal traffic can proceed as usual along the route. However, drivers should note the road has been reduced to one lane with a speed limit of 30 km/h.
