The Honourable Paul Pike, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, will participate in a flag-raising ceremony, hosted by the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of the Deaf on Monday, September 23.

The event will take place in the East Block Lobby of the Confederation Building at 1:00 p.m.
