The Honourable, Krista Lynn Howell, Minister of Education, will make an announcement tomorrow (Wednesday, May 29) to launch the Early Learning Gateway to help improve access to early learning and child care in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Minister Howell will be joined by Jennifer Quilty of Apples to Zebras Daycare, Inc.

The announcement will take place in the Media Centre, East Block, Confederation Building at 9:30 a.m.
