The Honourable Krista Lynn Howell, Minister of Education, will announce an early learning and child care initiative and provide an update on space creation efforts tomorrow (Friday, August 9).

Minister Howell will be joined by the Honourable Gudie Hutchings, federal Minister of Rural Economic Development and Minister Responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, on behalf of the Honourable Jenna Sudds, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development.

The event will take place at the in-development YMCA Child Care site located at 33 St. Michael’s Avenue, St. John’s at 11:00 a.m.
