The Honourable Dr. Andrew Furey, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will deliver remarks during the 2024 Placentia Bay Industrial Showcase tomorrow (Wednesday, September 18). He will be joined by Sherry Gambin-Walsh, MHA for Placentia – St. Mary’s.

Premier Furey will deliver the conference keynote address beginning at 11:30 a.m. Sherry Gambin-Walsh will deliver opening remarks at the launch of the conference beginning at 9:00 a.m. Both engagements will take place at Unity Parc Arena, 79 – 81 Blockhouse Road, Placentia.

Presented by the Placentia Chamber of Commerce, the Placentia Bay Industrial Showcase is a two-day event that highlights work in facilitating industrial development in the Placentia Bay region. Discussions will focus on emerging world class opportunities available to chamber members and other stakeholders in these developments.
