The Honourable Elvis Loveless, Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, will be attending and delivering remarks at a reception today (Tuesday, May 28) on Parliament Hill recognizing National Seal Products Day.

The event will take place 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. in room 215-A, West Block, Parliament Hill, 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

National Seal Products Day is celebrated annually during the month of May to promote the seal products industry and highlight the importance of the seal fishery for Canada’s Indigenous people, coastal communities and entire population.
