The Honourable John G. Abbott, Minister of Housing and Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, will participate in the release of the St. John’s’ Community Plan to End Homelessness 2024-2028 tomorrow (Thursday, November 21).

The event will take place at the St. John’s Community Market, 245 Freshwater Road, at 10:00 a.m.

The Community Plan is a project of End Homelessness St. John’s, made possible through the participation of numerous individuals and organizations. End Homelessness St. John’s works collaboratively with community and public system stakeholders towards preventing and ending homelessness in St. John’s.
