The Honourable Andrew Parsons, KC, Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology, will provide an update on the Provincial Government’s rate mitigation plan. Minister Parsons will be joined by Jennifer Williams, President of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro.

The event will take place tomorrow (Thursday, May 16) in the Media Centre, East Block, Confederation Building, beginning at 11:30 a.m. A technical briefing for media will take place at 10:30 a.m.
