On Saturday, December 14, work will be conducted on the westbound lane of the overpass on Pitts Memorial Drive (Route 2) where it crosses the Trans-Canada Highway. The work will begin around 7:00 a.m. on the overpass.

While work is underway, this section of highway will be temporarily closed for up to 10 minutes. Motorists travelling on the highway are asked to slow their vehicles and please respect the traffic control measures in place.

The public is reminded that fines for speeding in construction zones range from $100 to $1,500.
