The Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, has announced the following relative to Environmental Assessment – Part 10 – of the Environmental Protection Act.

UNDERTAKING REGISTERED:
Little Rapids Residential Development                                               (Reg. 2353)
Proponent: Riley Colbourne

The proponent plans to construct a single dwelling on a 1.5-hectare residential lot at 389 Marble Drive in the community of Little Rapids. The undertaking is adjacent to the Humber River, a scheduled salmon river. Construction would include the installation of a well and septic system and a new driveway and landscaping. The undertaking was registered on May 2, 2025. The deadline for public comment is June 6, 2025, and the minister’s decision is due by June 16, 2025.

Proponent: Anytime Heavy Haul Ltd.
