On September 24, 2025, the minister advised the proponent that the Bat Presence/Absence Survey for the project was acceptable. The survey was required as a condition of release from environmental assessment and is available on the Department of Environment and Climate Change website at: www.gov.nl.ca/ecc/projects/project-2362/.
