The Honourable Paul Dinn, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, will speak at the College of the North Atlantic’s Annual General Meeting tomorrow (Wednesday, November 26).

The meeting will take place at the Paul L. Pope Centre for TV and Film, 40 Strawberry Marsh Road, St. John’s, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
