The Honourable Paul Dinn, Education and Early Childhood Development and Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, will speak at an announcement for Memorial University tomorrow (Wednesday, November 26).

The meeting will take place at the R. Gushue Hall, located at 9 Irwin’s Road on Memorial University’s St. John’s Campus, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
