The Honourable John Hogan, KC, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will deliver closing remarks at the Newfoundland and Labrador Jobs Forum this Wednesday, June 11, at the Holiday Inn, 180 Portugal Cove Road, St. John’s.

The forum will be hosted by the Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Jobs, Immigration and Growth.

The forum will bring together industry partners, educators, labour representatives, community leaders and various levels of government to exchange information around labour market dynamics in the province, discuss shared priorities and form stronger partnerships to support healthy and productive labour markets in the province.

Media Availability:
Media are invited to attend the closing portion of the forum to hear remarks from Premier Hogan and Minister Byrne. Media should arrive by 11:45 a.m. Following the forum, Premier Hogan, Minister Byrne and other select participants will be available to media for a scrum at approximately 12:15 p.m. in the designated media area.
