The Honourable John G. Abbott, Minister Responsible for Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, will attend a ground-breaking ceremony for two new homes set for construction in Grand Falls-Windsor by Habitat for Humanity Newfoundland and Labrador tomorrow (Thursday, July 3).

The ceremony will take place at 19 ½ Riverview Road, Grand Falls-Windsor, at 10:00 a.m.

Minister Abbott will join His Worship Barry Manuel, Mayor of Grand Falls-Windsor, Sandra Whiffen, Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as representatives from the Newfoundland and Labrador Credit Union and Homeworx Modular Homes & Renovations.

Habitat for Humanity Newfoundland and Labrador is a non-profit charitable organization that assists lower income working families with affordable homeownership.
