The Honourable Tony Wakeham, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will announce an independent review of the Churchill River Memorandum of Understanding between Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro and Hydro-Quebec today (Monday, December 15). The news conference will take place in the Media Centre, Confederation Building, at 1:00 p.m.

Premier Wakeham will be joined by the Honourable Lloyd Parrott, Minister of Energy and Mines, and the Honourable Helen Conway Ottenheimer, Minister of Justice and Public Safety and Attorney General.
