The Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, will attend the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Agriculture’s annual Agriculture Industry Symposium today (Tuesday, January 28).

Minister Byrne will bring greetings during the Farmers Welcome Reception at 6:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Delta Hotel St. John’s Conference Centre, which is located at 120 New Gower Street.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Agriculture represents farmers and farm groups in the province. The theme for this year’s symposium is Cultivating Tomorrow: Regeneration and Resilience.
