The Honourable John G. Abbott, Minister of Housing and Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, will join the Honourable Joanne Thompson, federal Minister of Seniors and Member of Parliament for St. John’s East, to announce details of a joint agreement under the federal Unsheltered Homelessness and Encampments Initiative tomorrow (Friday, February 7).

The event will take place at the Buckmaster’s Circle Community Centre, 129 Buckmaster’s Circle, St. John’s, at 10:00 a.m.

The ministers will be joined by Doug Pawson, executive director of End Homelessness St. John’s, for the announcement.
