The Honourable Andrew Parsons, KC, Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology, and the Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Labrador Affairs and Minister of Environment and Climate Change, will speak at the Labrador MINEx conference tomorrow (Tuesday, February 18). The ministers will discuss mining potential in Labrador, the outlook for mining in the region, environmental initiatives and community development priorities.

The event takes place at the Arts and Culture Centre, Labrador City, beginning at 9:30 a.m.

The MINEx Convention and Trade Show in Labrador is a three-day event that will bring together mining industry leaders, analysts, suppliers and supporters to showcase opportunities in mining and community development in Labrador West. The event will include presentations, panel discussions, a trade show and social events.
