The Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Justice and Public Safety, will attend Fire and Emergency Services training school tomorrow (Wednesday, May 28) at the Gander Fire and Rescue Training Grounds at 10:00 a.m.

Approximately 400 volunteer firefighters, along with other municipal and emergency service volunteers and workers, will be attending the annual training school in Gander, which runs from May 24-30, 2025. The specialized courses being offered include live fire training, vehicle rescue, basic emergency management and incident command systems.
