The Provincial Government is advising residents who were evacuated from their homes due to the wildfires, the reception centre at the Splash Centre, 30 A Cathedral Street, Harbour Grace, will be closing at 8:00 p.m. today (Friday, August 29).

All supports and services for those who were evacuated due to the wildfires, are available at the Salem Centre (Comfort Centre) in Small Point. The centre is open 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. daily.

For anyone who needs water testing kits (chemical or bacteriological) this weekend, kits are available at the Salem Centre (Comfort Centre) in Small Point, for pick up and drop off.
