The Honourable Chris Tibbs, Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs, will deliver the keynote address during the luncheon of the 2025 Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador 75th Conference, Trade Show and Annual General Meeting, tomorrow (Friday, November 21).

The event will take place at Corner Brook Civic Centre Studio, 1 Canada Games Place, Corner Brook, beginning at 12:00 p.m.
