The Honourable Chris Tibbs, Minister of Environment, Conservation and Climate Change, has announced the following relative to Environmental Assessment – Part 10 – of the Environmental Protection Act.

Undertakings Registered:

Humber Valley Residential Development      (Reg. 2386)
Proponent: Jane Chaulk
The proponent is proposing to construct a one and a half-story dwelling on a residential lot located at 305 Marble Drive in Steady Brook, with the property bounded to the north by the Humber River. The land is currently developed with a mobile home, an existing driveway, and landscaping. Construction would include installation of a sewer system and the excavation of the dwelling’s footprint.

The undertaking was registered on January 23, 2026. The deadline for public comment is February 27, 2026, and the minister’s decision is due by March 9, 2026.
