The Honourable Andrea Barbour, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation will bring greetings at a HarbourVOICES! announcement on Tuesday (February 10).

The event will take place at 3:00 p.m. at the St. John’s Convention Centre.

The HarbourVOICES! Choral Festival is a six-day celebration of singing traditions from around the world will encourage collaboration and cultural exchange through concerts, workshops, and shared musical experiences.
