The project will see the construction of two new 60-bed long-term care facilities in the towns of Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor through a design, build, finance, and maintain procurement.
The Grand Falls-Windsor home is located on Scott Avenue between Valley Road and the site of the former Abitibi Consolidated Mill.
