The new long-term care facility in Corner Brook is the first P3 project for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
The new facility includes 120 long-term care beds as well as 15 palliative care beds and 10 rehabilitative care beds, helping to meet demand for long-term care in the region. The facility will be adjoined to the new acute care facility, which is currently under construction and anticipated to be completed in late 2023, to create a health care campus.
