Project Description:

The proponent plans to develop an additional 20 RV / travel trailer sites, comfort station, and 10 tent cabins adjacent to his existing business on Route 431, located approximately 10 kilometres from Wiltondale and near the boundary of Gros Morne National Park. The existing walking trail along Lomond River will also be upgraded. Construction is planned to start in August 2004.

  • June 3, 2004 – The undertaking was registered.
  • July 8, 2004 – Public comments are due.
  • July 29, 2004 – The Minister released the project from further environmental assessment.
