Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to construct an 11-kilometre mountain bike trail approximately five kilometres west of the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor. The trail will accommodate non-motorized use only and will consist of a single track with a tread width of 18 inches. The trail will incorporate existing natural features and construction will require minimal vegetation clearing. Access to the site is from an existing ATV trail.

• July 18, 2019 – The undertaking was registered.
• August 26, 2019 – Deadline for public comments.
• September 1, 2019 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• September 18, 2019 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
