Project Description:

The Proponent is proposing to develop eight to 10 cottages and a main operations building on the southeast side of the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor. The total size of the land is 2.5 hectares. The site is located 75 metres from the Exploits River, between the Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Ski Chalet.

• May 29, 2024 – The undertaking was registered.
• July 4, 2024 – Deadline for public comments.
• July 13, 2024 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• July 12, 2024 – The Minister determined the Project is released.
