Project Description:

The Proponent is proposing to develop a watercraft launch on North River Road in the Town of North River. The undertaking would require the removal of vegetation, addition of clean fill, paving to the high-water mark and the construction of a wooden launch measuring 12 metres wide and six metres long.

• September 27, 2024 – The undertaking was registered.
• November 1, 2024 – Deadline for public comments.
• November 11, 2024 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• November 25, 2024 – The Ministers decision is due (extended).
• November 12, 2024 – The project has been withdrawn.
