Project Description:

The proponent plans to construct a single dwelling on a 0.78-hectare residential lot at 431A Marble Drive in the community of Little Rapids. The undertaking is adjacent to the Humber River, a scheduled salmon river. Construction would include the installation of a well and septic system and a new driveway and landscaping.

• December 12, 2025 – The undertaking was registered.
• January 16, 2026 – Deadline for public comments.
• January 26, 2026 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• January 21, 2026 – The Minister determined the project is released.
