Project Description:

The Proponent is proposing to develop a residential subdivision on a 16-hectare site connecting to an existing residential area at the northern end of Humber View Drive in the town of Deer Lake. The proposed development includes 98 residential lots and a recreational open space comprising a small community park and playground.

• November 22, 2024 – The undertaking was registered.
• December 27, 2024 – Deadline for public comments.
• January 6, 2025 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• January 10, 2025 – The Minister determined the Project is released.
