What’s been your favourite project to date?

I like projects where I can help shape the thinking at every stage and talk to some really interesting people about topics they are passionate about. There are a few projects that come to mind. Helping Sport England shape the narrative around the implementation of its Local Delivery Pilots by collecting the insights of passionate stakeholders was amazing. I feel like the end report was a really effective blend of storytelling and reporting too. We also wrote a report for an organisation that brings together global experts working to end childhood sexual violence. The report was presented to international policy makers. Then there are other projects like creating sales playbooks for Edwards Vacuums. We helped the sales team turn masses of disparate information into some focused and useful documents. Seeing the client’s faces light up when they saw what we had created was great.

When you’re not working, where can you be found?

Either hanging out with my family, running along the trails of the Wye Valley, making music or laughing with friends.
